Welcome to Sway Creations' VOD Submission service. By purchasing and using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview

Sway Creations provides a VOD Submission service where customers can submit a full video-on-demand (VOD) link for clip extraction. Each VOD submission will result in five (5) unedited vertical-format clips.

2. Submission Requirements

Customers must purchase the service and submit their VOD link through the designated URL.
The submitted VOD must be accessible and meet any technical requirements specified by Sway Creations.

3. Turnaround Time

Clip processing and delivery will be completed within 48 hours from the time of submission.

4. No Revisions & No Refunds

All clip pulls are final. No revisions, modifications, or custom edits will be provided.
Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued after submission.

5. Content Guidelines

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to submit the VOD.
Sway Creations reserves the right to reject any content that violates copyright laws or our internal policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sway Creations is not responsible for any issues arising from VOD accessibility or technical limitations beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss of revenue, exposure, or other outcomes resulting from the use of the provided clips.

7. Changes to Terms

Sway Creations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
